Jack Davy joins the Board - Jack Davy, Vice
President of the Emerald Society of Minnesota, was elected to the
Board of Directors. His term will expire in 2010. Frank Boerboon,
member of the Board from Minneapolis Fire, has stepped down.

Mark Kuzma joins the Board
Mark Kuzma, one of the owners of Flaire Printing, was elected
to the Board of Directors. His term will expire in 2010.
Len Franko, long-term member of the Board has stepped
down.

$3,000 Awarded to Family of Fallen Park Police Officer
The Minnesota 100 CLub Board of Directors voted to give $3,000
to the family of fallen Park Police Officer Mark Bedard who was killed
in the line of Duty. The Minnesota 100 Club extends our deepest sympathy
to the Bedard family.

Heidi Zaworski was appointed to the Board of Directors
Heidi who has been in charge of the Minnesota 100 Club Roster
and works with Bruce LaMere on membership has been appointed to the
Board.
$3,000 AWARDED TO FAMILY
OF FALLEN POLICE OFFICER
The Minnesota 100 Club Board of Directors voted to give $3,000 to
the Barry DeLude Family as a death benefit. Barry DeLude, was a Minneapolis
Police Officer. The Minnesota 100 extends to the DeLude family our
deepest sympathy.

$2,000 AWARDED TO MANKATO POLICE OFFICER
The Minnesota 100 Club Board of Directors voted to give $2,000 to
Robert Sadusky, a Mankato Police Officer who lost an eye from a shot
from a high-powered rifle that hit and richocheted off his ballistic
helmet in a shoot-out during an incident south of Mankato in Amboy,
MN. We are pleased to announce that Rob has worked hard and has resumed
his duties with Mankato Public Safety.

SUCCESSFUL SPORTSMAN'S DINNER
The 2007 Minnesota 100 Club's Sportsman's Dinner held on April 26th
at JAX Café was a success with numerous people attending, good
food, happy winners of the door prizes and silent auction bid –
and – about 14 new members joined the Club as well. Thanks to
all of our supporters.

WALLY SHIRMER LEAVES THE BOARD
Wally Shirmer citing personal reasons resigned from the Minnesota
100 Board of Directors. The Board accepted his resignation with regret.

SHERIFF RICH STANEK JOINS THE MINNESOTA 100 CLUB BOARD
The Minnesota 100 Club Board of Directors is honored to announce the
addition of Sheriff Rich Stanek to the Board.
Sheriff Stanek brings a long history of serving the public and is
acutely aware of the dangers facing first responders in Minnesota.
The Board looks forward to the additional guidance that Sheriff Stanek
will bring to the Board.

$3,000 GIVEN TO FAMILY OF MELROSE FIREFIGHTER KILLED IN LINE
OF DUTY.
The Minnesota 100 Club Board of Directors voted unanimously at its
November meeting to give $3,000 to the family of Melrose, Minnesota
volunteer firefighter Kyle Weisbrich who was killed on November 12th
in a motorcycle accident while en route to answering a fire call.
Minnesota 100 Vice President Tom Brace presented a check to Melrose
Fire Chief Jeremy Kraemer at the November 18th funeral to give to
Weisbrich's parents. The Minnesota 100 extends to the Weisbrich family,
his friends and fellow firefighters our deepest sympathy.
